The scallop and miso base combines delicate flavors of scallop with miso and plenty of aromatics to create a broth that is delicious on its own but pairs well with any topping you can imagine.

The broth is shelf-stable. The jar serves one, generously, or two if diluted slightly with water or stock.

Note: Floating items may appear in the jar when at room temperature. This is natural fat that will melt during the heating process.
