Apple Pepper Jelly

This sweet, spicy apple pepper jelly is made by blending locally grown roasted sweet red peppers, dried chilies, and local apple sider. Serve it with cream cheese on a charcuterie board or upgrade your peanut butter and jelly. Use it in marinades or glazes. A simple ham and cheese sandwich is great with a thin layer of apple pepper jelly slathered on top. 

Ingredients: Organic cane sugar, roasted sweet red peppers, apple cider, apple cider vinegar, low-methoxyl citrus pectin, died chilies.
