Josephine's Feast sugar plum preserves are inspired by Laura's sister-in-law Louise’s sugar plum load which is a tradition in their family during the holidays. A seasonal preserve, the flavor is rich in Long Island grown sugar plums, fresh ginger, tangerines, and warming spices. 

While these sugar plum preserves have warming flavors that are perfect for the holidays, I can't help but want to enjoy them all year long. Serve on toast or as an accompaniment to your next cheese and bread board. These sugar plum preserves would be perfect in marinades or in sauces and glazes for pork, chicken, or ham.

Naturally gluten-free and vegan.
