About the maker: Auria's Malaysian Kitchen is based out of Brooklyn, New York City. Auria was born in Malaysia and learned how to cook delicious meals in her mother's kitchen with Malay, Chinese, and Indian influences. In college, she prepared traditional Malaysian meals for her friends and in 2011 she hosted an underground supper club series where she continued to cook her favorite dishes for her guests. All of this influenced her decision to launch Auria's Malaysian Kitchen with the goal of getting incredible and authentic Malaysian food into the hands of the American public.
