This award-winning fiery vindaloo simmer sauce is a time-saving jar of spicy, complex goodness that you'll want to incorporate into your weekly rotation. It's spicy with undertones of sweetness from caramelized onions and cane sugar. 

To use it, simply sauté up to two pounds of vegetables, meat, seafood, or paneer and add enough sauce to coat and a little water to thin out to your desired consistency. Finish with coconut milk.

About the maker: Spicemode was founded by Amar Singh, a fist-generation Sikh born and raised in Chicago by parents who immigrated to the USA from Myanmar in the 1960s.
