In collaboration with Chefs Lior Lev Sercarz of La Boîte NY and Eric Ripert of Le Bernardin, Le Bon Magot has created a fragrant and intoxicating fruit compote perfect for any holiday gathering this year. Bittersweet kumquats are soaked in a thick syrup of Courvoisier® cognac and premium Madagascar vanilla and scented with cinnamon and star anise. Serve on cheese or charcuterie boards. These would be excellent chopped up added to your next grilled cheese sandwich or add it to your next batch of French toast.
