Piment d'Ville is grown from the seeds of Piment d'Espelette, a chile pepper hailing from the Basque region in France. This batch of Piment d'Ville was dried with mesquite, giving it an irresistible smoky flavor. 

Use this as a 1:1 replacement for smoked paprika. It would be delicious whisked into a pot of brothy beans or folded into mayo for your next sandwich topping. It's also great on roasted or pan-fried vegetables and would be delicious in your next marinade or rub or chicken or shrimp.

Boonville Barn Collective is a woman-owned farm that’s been producing unique chile powders for 10 years in the resource-rich Anderson Valley in Northern California. Piment d’Ville is their signature, California-grown version of the coveted Basque Piment d’Espelette.
