Roasted Garlic Achaar

Roasted Garlic Achaar, a 2018 FABI winner, is a condiment made with roasted garlic, lemon, oil, a mix of Indian spices, red chili powder, and unrefined cane sugar.  It has a spicy, lemony, savory, sweet flavor. Use it just like a roasted garlic spread or chili sauce.

Upgrade garlic bread, stir into lentils or curry or serve a generous scoop with your next batch of rice. It's a must-have condiment for transforming any dish. Add it at the beginning of cooking to allow it to mellow out as it cooks or at the end for a more intense finish of bright, tangy, heat. It's a perfect accompaniment to your next charcuterie or cheese board.

Ingredients: Garlic, lemon juice, non-GMO expeller pressed canola oil, spices (including turmeric), salt, jaggery (evaporated sugarcane juice), contains less than 1% of distilled vinegar.
