This Sansho Miso is a lighter style miso that is blended with the prized sansho pepper berry. It's aged 3 months and has notes of verbena, mint, and white pepper. It has a very uniquely peppery flavor with a hint of tongue-tingling spiciness from the sansho pepper berries. Use this miso in sauces or broths for noodles or try it in stir-fries when you're looking for subtle, peppery undertones.
