Silk Chili

Botanically identical to the Halaby pepper used in Aleppo pepper flakes, the silk chili is cultivated in Turkey and preserved in a touch of salt and sunflower oil. In our kitchen, a finish of silk chili adds just a touch of heat and brightness to many of our dishes, like our mushroom corn chowder. We recommend using these silk chili flakes on eggs or sprinkled over avocado toast.
