Singaporean Laksa Spice Kit

One of the most famous dishes in Singapore, this is an aromatic, subtly spicy soup that is the perfect vehicle for tender rice noodles, jammy eggs, and poached seafood or vegetables.

To prepare it, simply add one pouch of the laksa kit to boiling water and then add coconut milk. Ladle over cooked rice noodles and serve with your favorite toppings. Try it with soft-boiled eggs, poached shrimp, shredded chicken, or minced scallions.

About the maker: Homiah means "to live the good life", expressing love and care, often by cooking for someone.
