Sisig is a famous dish from the Philippines, and Kusî's savory seasoning will have you cooking up all kinds of sisig or seasoning everything in your kitchen with this tangy, umami, spicy flavor. It's made with natural ingredients like mushroom, green mango, calamansi, and black salt. If not making sisig, use this on just about anything else, like in marinades for pork or chicken or as a base for any rice or veggie dishes.

Mix it into a paste with oil and brush it over grilled meat or veggies as they cook. For the brightest flavor, Kusî recommends adding it toward the end of cooking and recommends 1.5 tablespoons sisig spice for 1 pound of food.
