These factors create an extremely fertile soil giving everything that grows there an incredible flavor. Pantelleria is known for its Zibibbo grapes, wild fennel, and sun-dried tomatoes that make for its famous Pesto Pantesco. It's also famous for its capers; from that, this mix of wild fennel seeds, sun-dried tomatoes, and capers was born.
Use this savory, salty mix on toast or as a base for sauces or served on pizza.
