An award-winning preserve made from wild, hand-picked beach plums. These plums thrive on the edges of beaches of the Great Peconic Bay and the beaches of Southampton and Bridgehampton, Long Island

The fruit first foraged and then ripened in the sun, and the preserves are made with both the pulp and skins over the course of three days. This time-honored tradition creates a beautiful heirloom preserve that is both flavorful and nostalgic.

Try these preserves served simply on toast or with your next cheese or charcuterie board. Serve them alongside your next Thanksgiving turkey or atop vanilla ice cream.
